"Étilauxes Euquitsim [EP] The Remixes" With remixes from Helius Carpathia, Disco Nightmares, Redkay, Fedora Attack and Somiak.
Orph's "Étilauxes euquitsim [E.P.]", "Mistique Sexualite", the first and only EP of the musical project "Orph", recorded from 2012 to 2013 in the VREAL STUDIOS. Originally released the 19th of July of 2013, "Étilauxes Euquitsim" was the first record New Tropique Music released after more than a year of silence, and the definitely closure of its ancestor, the legendary "Tropique Records".
Orph was a mexican electronic band, that featured electronic music producer DZTRTD and the newcomer Darkbits666, after a series of unsuccessful attempts, both consolidated a experimental, minimal and cold electronic work, with almost a
raw sound, crude synthesizers, rock and hip hop inspired drum sequences, and a heavy bass. Orph delivered the perfect concept of electronic music as raw and cold, but with a oddly cozy feeling, "computer music" as a philosophy.
The EP was heavily influenced by DZTRTD experimentation with brighter genders of electronic and Darkbits conceptual paranormal tendencies at the moment that bringed a dark atmosphere to the work a full of dark imagery, paranormal visuals and lots of synths.
Although short, this is a beautiful EP, not so much because of the EP per se, but because of the catchy and versatil melodies, and the almost clean, pure, demo staged of the tracks that gived complete creative liberty to producers that from all around the world created their own version.
That's why as a part of the same discography you can find "Étilauxes Euquitsim (The Remixes)", due to the quantity and perfection of them we considered that they deserved their own space as a record. We are sure you will enjoy all of them, and the original EP as a historical reference of the work that inspired a resurgence of friends and acquaintances producers.
Thanks, St. Darkbits.
